For damaged or defective products, please follow the instructions below and we will quickly send you a replacement.
1. Take a photo of the damaged item; please include a photo of the box if it was damaged.
3. We will email you next business day confirming your replacement and then print and ship out your new mural.
If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item by mail before the return can be processed.
